SimplyIcon is a simple and free program that allows you to create icons (. ICO format). There are many programs like this, but the advantages of this simple program is a small size, very easy to use and works quickly and automatically when changing an image into a file icon
To make a icon with this tool is very easy, you simply drag and move images to the window SimplyIcon program. From their official website states that can make SimplyIcon icon size 128 x 128, 32 x 32, 24 x 24, and 16 x 16, but when I did one test this tool to create icon size 48 x 48 pixels
SimplyIcon will create one icon (the largest size possible depending on the size of the original file) with the same name as the original. And will put a new icon into the folder or location where the original image file you save
Note : You will need an image that has a size of at least 128 x 128 pixels or greater to create the icon size “128 x 128″ is good. and SimplyIcon need .NET Framework (version 2.0 or higher) which is usually already installed on your system
